where i can find a Divine Staff? is there any collector weapon with this skin?

Uh, as the gwiki article states, it's from some Canthan monk enemies.

There is no collector who currently offers this skin, but in the Nightfall World Preview Event, the collector and crafter monk staves were all Divine Staves. So you could just wait a week and see.
